SPRING CLEANUP IS HERE!!
The annual Spring Cleanup is scheduled for April 16 (4/17 rain date) and April 23 (4/24 rain date). We start at 9:00 AM with coffee, juice and donuts. Lunch will be served for the mid-day break.

Group I: April 16, 2016: Lightnings, Stars, J70’s, Lasers & Vanguards
Group II: April 23, 2016: Atlantics, CC, Flying Scot’s & Thistles
No-boat, Power-boat, Crew & Members - All Welcome on either day

Assigned work areas:
• Club House Grounds (plants & flowers)
• Playground /Beach
• Window Cleaning/Kitchen

Tools and equipment needed for the cleanup include: rakes (metal & leaf varieties), push brooms, wheel barrows, straight-edge shovels, hoes, trowels and hand rakes. Remember to bring a pair of gloves!

A key element in making the cleanup a success is gaining the support of all the Fleet Captains. They must make a special effort to contact their fleet members and to remind them about the importance of cleanup day.

Likewise, the membership must dedicate the time and effort required to support this annual club function. They understand the importance of the cleanup and they appreciate that fact that each member must take ownership in this event.

If you cannot attend on your assigned date, please feel free to show up on the alternate date. Thank you in advance for making CPYC one the most active and best maintained clubs on Long Island Sound.

Dale Greenwood, Chairperson, Spring Clean-up.
