All Ok After 6/30 Squall
A squall with wind gusts up to 63 knots hit the area on Sun, 6/30, and sank Atlantic 129. All are safe, including a local Hobie sailor found separated from his boat. A wonderful volunteer effort the following day brought A-129 off the bottom and back to CPYC !!! Click READ MORE.
Thank you to the cruising class boats that towed boats in as the 6/30 squall approached, club staff / RC personnel / Westport Marine Patrol officers who helped rescue sailors, and all else who helped out.  This was followed up on Monday with Club Manager (Trey Lang), 8 CPYC volunteers (including Trevor Roach and Dave Hoffman as divers), and a rapid / expert response by G&C Marine in the recovery of Rodrigo's Atlantic (A-129) off the bottom and back to CPYC!!!
