This is Brandon’s third year and can’t wait to return and step into the role of Head Instructor. Prior to Cedar Point, he spent 3 years instructing at Longshore Sailing School. He grew up sailing Optis, 420s, and Lasers at Milford Yacht Club. Brandon attends Hobart & William Smith Colleges, and will be a Junior in the fall and is very excited to share his passion and knowledge for the sport of sailing.

Chris is super excited to be returning for his 3rd year coaching. As a kid, Chris would sail Lasers at Pequot Yacht Club, and still loves racing them when he can in the CPYC frostbiting fleet. Chris attends the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C.

Ally is super excited to be at Cedar Point for her second year as an instructor. She has been sailing since age 3. In that time, she has sailed Optis, Pixels, Lasers, and big boats at the Milford Yacht Club. She has also been a junior instructor for several years. When she isn't sailing, the laws of the state of Connecticut require her to attend school. During the school year, she loves ski racing and playing frisbee. She is a Sagittarius and her spirit animal is the gummy bear. She has raced sailboats all over the Long Island Sound and is looking forward to a great year at Cedar Point!!

My name is Dennis Canada and I am from Easton, CT.   I grew up sailing at Pequot Yacht Club.  Along with sailing, I love to ski and snowmobile.  I am a ski instructor at Mount Snow in Vermont.   My favorite color is green, and I love nothing more then a good cheeseburger.  I am looking forward to traveling to Costa Rica in the fall, where I will be participating in a gap year program to become a certified dive master/instructor.
